Provider information submitted by providers who claim or add a listing, including business name, address, services, licensure details, and payment information (processed by Stripe).
Usage data such as pages viewed, search queries, approximate location (derived from IP), device type, and referring URL.
Verification codes sent to your email or phone number to confirm ownership of a listing.

How We Use Information

To operate and improve the directory and match users with relevant providers.
To deliver lead messages from users to the providers they contact.
To send account-related messages such as verification codes, claim confirmations, and billing receipts.
To prevent fraud, abuse, and spam.
To comply with legal obligations.

SMS Messaging

If you provide a phone number to verify a provider listing or to request a callback, we may send you SMS messages using Twilio. These messages include one-time verification codes and account notifications related to your use of the Service.

Message frequency varies based on your activity.
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at privacy@ivfind.com.
We do not share phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Phone numbers are shared only with service providers (such as Twilio) that help deliver messages on our behalf, and with the IV therapy provider you choose to contact.

How We Share Information

With providers you contact. When you submit a lead or request information, we share your contact details with the provider you selected so they can respond.
With service providers. We use Stripe (payments), Twilio (SMS and voice), Resend (email), Fly.io (hosting), and Cloudflare (DNS and email routing) to operate the Service. These vendors access data only as needed to provide their services.
For legal reasons. We may disclose information when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our rights and users’ safety.
We do not sell your personal information.

Data Retention

We retain information for as long as necessary to provide the Service and meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of your data by emailing privacy@ivfind.com.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS) and access controls. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Your Choices

Opt out of SMS by replying STOP.
Unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any such email.
