Welcome to IV Directory (“we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by Sean Coles. By accessing or using ivfind.com (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. The Service is intended for residents of the United States.
IV Directory is an informational directory of IV therapy providers. We connect visitors who are seeking information with providers who list on the Service. We are not a medical provider, do not offer medical advice, and do not endorse any listed provider.
Content on the Service is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified licensed healthcare provider with any questions about a medical condition or treatment.
Providers who claim or create a listing represent that they are authorized to act on behalf of the listed business and that the information they submit is accurate. We may suspend or remove listings that violate these Terms or that contain false, misleading, or unsafe information.
Providers may purchase leads or call-tracking services through the Service. Charges are processed by Stripe. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated at the time of purchase. Disputes regarding charges should be directed to privacy@ivfind.com within 30 days of the charge.

Listings on the Service are operated by independent businesses. We do not verify credentials, licensure, or quality of care beyond what providers self-report and what public records we can readily reference. Your interactions with any provider are solely between you and that provider. We are not responsible for the services, products, or conduct of any listed provider.
The Service, including its content, logos, and design, is owned by Sean Coles and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SEAN COLES AND IV DIRECTORY WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sean Coles and IV Directory from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
